when dealing on the net, your best protection is paypal, I believe
although many do good business with cash or Money orders
I can personally vouch for many of our members, but, human nature being what is and isnt  can be trouble
most times cross border shipping Canada - USA can be is 12-30 days +, and that is if customs are quick about it
inside our borders up to a week, most times, although bad circumstances can slow things down
always ask and pay for shipping insurance, no exceptions
we as administrators or moderators have no control over our members dealings
our members police themselves
