Hello everyone.
I have been visiting this site for a while, Bought my '82 750c a couple years ago for $400. And without all of you, I don't believe I would be riding it today.
It was not running when I got it. I own my own business so I have very little time to work on the bike. But all of you have compiled such a wealth of information I have been able to do a lot of fixing & troubleshooting.
First I had a spark advance unit that was bad (the lobe had actually turned on the shaft & was never going to time correctly) also the PO had swapped the coil wires. So I don't make this a novel here is a short list of other things you have helped me on. Petcock issues, Carb cleaning, Not taking my friends advice "put pods on it", Malfunctioning auto petcock ("SOS") Best way to get thru the charging issues, (down to tips for rotor removal) Valve clearance procedures, and much more. And all of this info was readily available, already on the forums. I can not thank you enough.
I will post again with pics of my bike, (Sized properly) |

You did all of that before you made your first post? And you turned on your signature, too?

Good job Victor! You have been reading.
Now, make sure all the electrical cords to your PC do not have kinks so when we send you a pizza the 1s usually get through but the 0s get hung up.
