Just got this 1979 CB750k for $300

Image

Sorry for the phone picture, I'm charging the batteries for my real camera.

Bought it with a "no spark" problem. None of the plugs are sparking. After initial testing it looks like BOTH ignition coils are bad, but I still need to dig out the meter to be sure.

Welcome

Change the URL and IMG to lowercase in your signature and it will most likely work for you.....

No luck. Its a copy and paste from the photobucket forum thumbnail thing.

Found this next to the signature box though.

It's not really HTML. The problem, I think, is the photobucket auto link includes:/?action=view&current=filename

Remove all that nonsense from the ? to and including the = so it's a direct link to the file without the browser controls and it should work. The remaining syntax is correct except, as I said, changing the URL and IMG to lower case.

The signature is a different animal for sure since your original syntax does work fine within a message, just not in the signature.

If you're completely lost, PM me the syntax and I'll get it working for you.

After looking up the serial number i believe you are right. "1979 CB750K'79 Limited Edition The serial number began RC01-3000006."

I just doesn't have one of the original side covers. Ill try to do a good picture list later. I've gotta replace the water pump and thermostat in my Durango First.
