well i just did some buying and trading and ended up putting out $800 total for my 82 cb750k... runs good... ill have too buy a new battery the one in it needs replaced.

pull it out of the tach mount[on engine]

you can pull it out, probably in two pieces

bingo tach cable is broken inside about an inch and a half away from the head... how much these usually run?

That is a mighty nice K-Model you have there and that exhaust system will bring you a pretty penny if you sell it.
Tach cables cost about $12.00

Just went and bought a battery, moneys tight so i didnt invest in the one i want.plus i have another question for yall, is my front end from a k model? having the dual disc i thought the front end may have been from a custom, and what about the round signals?

That appears to be Custom lights, forks, brakes, wheels & shocks too. I did that same thing to my 1st 79 K-Model.

good good... before i got this one i planned on swapping in those parts anyways guess i saved a ton of money since it was already done... anyone know what style of exaust has the best sound and performance gains on our bikes?... thank you

yup yup ...now its like there is nothing between the 2. m'boro touches smyrna ,smyrna touches lavergne and lavergne borders nashville. Last year on the news they said murfreesboro is the fastest growing city in the US. Damn college kids,lol but the girls sure do look good
