Hey Ladies!

It has been a long time since I have been on the site and thanks to D-Day I am able to post again since my password expired!

Looks like most of you are still here and have faired well.

There has been a lot of water go under the bridge in my life so to speak in the last years.

I will be 68 this December and plan on working at least till I am 70.

Got started late in 401K and have to try and build it up a bit more.

Of course, that depends a lot on the market.

All the best to all of you.

OldTimer

Gene is funny!

Pete, unfortunately, I have to build the pension a bit more.

We had a big let down during COVID.

My Dad passed and left myself and sibling a piece of property I am getting weekly calls about selling.

I cannot see yet as part of the deal was my step-Mom could live there until she moves or passes.

Appraisal district has it at $300K right now.

Probably can see for more as it is in commercial area.

Time will tell. |
