Hey all, first time poster, long time reader! Your help has got me to the point where my bike is running and in great shape. But, due to unfortunate circumstances, I have to sell my bike.
My question is How much do I sell it for?
The bike is in excellent shape, runs awesome, no dents, few tank scratches, all original parts, even has the service manual and tools. Just put on brand new tires (Dunlop K70s), new acid battery, new cables, chain, etc.
My craigslist area (Boston) has other similar bikes for sale ranging $1-1.5k (74-78 CB550s). But, over the us I am seeing 4k-5k for the same bike I am selling in the same condition.
Should I post it high and wait it out if I can? What is truly reasonable? |

You can always drop in price, I see around here, bikes are cheap this fall
