I'm interested in buying a 79 750L that this guy has and looks pretty sweet in my book, but wanna see if anyone has seen it or can give me heads-up on things that might be an issue with these bikes...
Here are some pics:
...It's been lowered, lightened and modified quite a bit and if I get it I would like some help looking for a seat, some turnsignals, a speedometer and shorter control cables... any help?? |

I kinda like the profile of it, but that plaid on the seat needs help. Fasterspider has a guy that does seats for a good price. You can get universal headlight buckets, and chrome holders for it on ebay, then take your pick on signals. |

He's a member on another forum, Jockey Journal. His handle is xmlc216x. Apparently, the joke is that the seat is made from a pair of his dad's slacks from the 70's!

I appreciate the compliments and I'm def. interested in getting connected with the guy that does the seats...

Thats a long a$$ drive to go to PA... and I've already bid on this one so I'd have to see what happens. Thanks anyways and I'll keep posted on any updates. |

But much better than a 4 inch hood scoop on a Yugo. Yes, sadly, I knew someone that did that - along with mag wheels. |

Yeah, I've already decided that if I get the bike the seat is def. in the trash bin for something better and I was also thinking about repainting it... |
