Please excuse the grammar, 3rd shifter here and usually to always tired.
After some investigating, I found the spot. I currently Ride a Yamaha 86 600s. I bought a 83 cb 750 4 ss a while back. I should have done more research. but I didn't.
So I currently own A bike that I have had for a couple years and only have put about 300 miles on it. What a bummer. I Am here to learn, I will do quite a bit of posting And may end up asking questions that have already been asked.
I do have a you tube video. but it is a couple weeks old so I will make and air another one. With the mods ok, I will then add a link here for it to be seen.
A lil bout me, I am in my young thirty's and have been riding since I was 15, With the changing of a couple plugs and a one time oil change I have no experience in mechanics until I got this Honda. I be leave I know this particular one ok,, I am no where near where I want to be.
I am not sure if it was the 1100 dealership mechanic payment, that pissed me off, cause ten mins later it was doing the same thing. or my ego to not take it back but. this drove me to start doing my own work, but I have the bug. And I am really interested in really doing my own work....However it has been slow. I work two jobs so money is kind of a issue. Also I have a mild imagination and no experience, so rigging things " just for now" is also out side of my skill.
I love to ride. and I love my girl. I will not give up one for the other and they both know that. Any way thank you every one for the great site, And as time becomes more available I will be doing some research here.
I have never wanted a fuel injected bike. but to be honest I have spent 2.5 years on these carbs And they still not right so I may change my thinking.
Also if ever in southern Virginia near Eden north Carolina and you post with enough time to make a arrangement I would be happy to talk or just ride with some one..
thanks for reading

If you are uncomfortable with the carbs, may I suggest SeanG. He is a long time member in good standing and has a carb thread here on board. You can send them to him and he will fix you right up.
My apologies to you Sean if I overstepped the boundaries. |

Thank you all for your reply's, I do plan on doing a lot of reading. I may look up sean G, but at this time I have so mush time energy and love in them I don't want to stop now.
I do believe a man has to know when he has been beat, but with every lil thing I have done it has gotten closer to being right,
I am going to make and you tube the video on moday, and if the mods don't mind I will post it Monday night or Tuesday am. I have made it a passion to learn wht I can about this bike, I have named it jack after my recent best friend (dog) who had passed with no warning. |

There's no problem posting vids here. The main thing we take exception to is if you're advertising or selling some product. But aside from that, post away! |
