Ok. Tryin to figure out this GMT time thing. I noticed when I post, my time is wrong. What the HELL is GMT time? Haha. I'm Eastern Standard Time. So what do I enter. Hehe. Anyways, What a friendly group. Howdy from Pa. Look foward to talkin to ya.

GMT = Greenwich Mean Time - (Greenwich in London UK that is) It's the time by which all other time is measured and is the time in London before any daylight saving has been added.

I even get confused and I live in London! Confused

You want to set your time to -5 hours for EST .
