Factory exhaust just not for that bike. Like everyone else says it's for an F model.

Delusional? me and him should get along quite well then!
nbhab wrote:

a 1980 CB900 Custom that came with it as a parts bike.
still_bluenoser wrote:

Frame's not rusted, but has holes in it from a sidecar. Will be switching it with the frame from my parts bike this weekend.

Very nice. I like the two tone blue. That's the color I was hoping to find. Like that fairing too. I already have a dresser, so don't need a big fairing on my 900. I do have windscreen.

Enjoy that jewel.

Hey,

I don't mean to change the subject, but the start of this thread was by a guy in Canada. Seems like there are a bunch of y'all from up there. How did so many nice CB 900s end up in Canada?

And about faster. Anybody taken theirs to the drag strip? I plan to a couple times this year. What are y'all runnin in the eight and quarter mile? Just a quick question. I'll discuss drag racing in the tech section later.

Doc

1). Ohio isn't all that far away from Canada.
2). Canadians have an affinity for Rube Goldberg devices.

Ever watch Red Green? The Honda subtransmission fits right in with some of his inventions. Wink
