Can any of you still see all the 'pins' on the homepage Frappr map? For some reason, all of them seem to be gone... YIKES. I've posted to the Frappr support but would also like to know if you're seeing the same thing I am.
Thanks

I re-added myself and moved the pin to my location. But when I refresh the pin goes back to California (too bad it didn't take my there too with winter coming and all, then me and fasterspider could be best buds!) |

What is stopping you from coming here anyways?
I would even have let you ride one of my bikes if I had more than one running when you were here. |

Thanks guys. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't because I cleared my cookies etc. I have a message into Frappr, but it the pins are going to dispear once in awhile the map is useless.....What a shame. |

OK here's the latest: Apparently Frappr has been bought by platial.com and the new owners don't have access to all the Frappr data yet. So, they can't yet say what happened to our map or if it happen again.
Not the most important thing in the world, but I kind of liked having the map and don't want to put it up again until I'm reasonably sure it will work. More to come.... |

That's amazing. I'm guessing purchasers must buy companies then fire everybody, so the disgruntled and jobless previous employees go in and nuke the data through a backdoor, and all they get is an empty shell. |

yo yo ma is back, but no bunny, and now sNeAK is gone.
I think you both are trying to occupy the same point... try putting an approximate address in your location to separate your point from his. |
