The bike has been thru a lot of work since the last post. I used metal rescue on the tank to de-rust it and man that stuff works like magic. Shiny metal after soaking for a couple of days. I contacted Sean, and sent him my carbs and he did his awesome magic on them - The bike runs awesome with the carbs right out of the box. Sean is a genius on these carbs, just awesome! Installed a new started relay and new battery and it cranks great now. got all the fluids topped off and just yesterday my brother and I got the bike to the point we could do the "First Start". Had my fingers crossed and just like Dr. Frankenstien, "It's Alive!" What a happy day Very Happy I actually took it for a shakedown ride in the neighborhood today and it was great. I did have a drip leak coming from one of the oil cooler hoses. Gonna have to get that fixed, but a great ride, it performed perfectly. This Honda is so smooth in shifting, clutch engagement, throttle roll and response.
I am going to upload our first start video to Y@@Tube and I'll post a link here for you guys to see.

The brakes, I agree are kinda not happy. I ordered rebuild kits for all the calipers as well as new brake pads for front and back. I also ordered a new front brake reservoir, its cracked - don't trust it. Parts should be in tomorrow, so this weekend i'll be wrenching. Whoohooooo!

Oh, you saw that, ha ha. A whoops moment - overly excited to get it started, didn't catch the inline filter being backwards.

Sounds smooooth! When you run it in-gear on the center stand, a ratchet strap on the stand to up front insures it won't get knocked off while in gear.

A very good safety point in which I didn't use. A good thing to do in the future for sure. Thank you for the idea, hadn't thought about doing that before. Shocked

Sean redid my carbs and what an aweome rebuild and tune he did on them as well. My hat is off to Sean "The Master" of the carb.

Now just don't ever let them sit for more than 2 weeks with this crapahol e-fuel gas in them. It will phase, then plug them right back up again. Use Star-Tron or Sta-Bil in the fuel so it lasts longer. Be sure to use it if you even have the vaguest notion that you won't run it for several weeks, or you'll be sending them to Sean again needing a cleanout.
