Well, the results are in on the Home page poll. Around 70% of us have only owned bikes '83 and older and 80% only up to '89. Thanks for the 105 votes cast. We're either dedicated to these older bikes or just a bunch of old farts living in the past. hmmmm....maybe that's a good question for the next poll.
Speaking of the next poll, I'm wondering how many of you find the Frappr map on the Home page a good addition. We've done plenty of these maps on other sites and have only linked to them, not actually displayed them on the site. After awhile, it seems the map gets forgotten. Anyway, the new poll will be up shortly and I welcome, as always, your comments.
Oh, you do have to Join Frappr to be displayed on the map. I really appreciate how many of you quickly put your locations on the map but not having your user name kind of defeats the purpose. I've turned off the display of anonymous pins so you'll now only see the ones with names attached.

The map is a Flash animation, so I guess you need to install a Flash player that will work with your browser. Sorry about that....I kinda assumed that everyone would already have Flash installed.....

smokes , is that red x in a little box ?
sometimes I get that and once in a while right clicking and then show picture , works . But , then it could just be that living on the very edge of modern civilization might have something to do with it , too ...  |

I like the map and like I said in the comments , the magnifier is a definite plus ... |
